Tosh is another nearby village that offers beautiful views and local stays. There is also the Manikaran temple 5 km from Kasol worth a visit. Kasol is a paradise for trekker, backpackers and others alike.

  • DAY 1

Report at Base Camp Kullu Manali | Bike ride to Manali or Kasol

Arrival in Kullu Manali. Check in to the river side rafting campsite. The jeweled Kullu is located is positioned at the central heart of himachal. Blessed with the natural resources this place is endowed with blue tossed sky, apple groves, crystal valleys, green forests, carved temples, hiking, rafting and lot more.

Location: At an elevation of 1200 m above the sea level, Kullu is situated at the central part adjoining the Beas River and the Sarvari River.

To MANALI: Located at 60 Kms from Kullu, Manali is a popular backpacking destination in India’s northern state of Himachal Pradesh. Set on the banks of the Beas River, it is gateway to adventure activities in Solang, Gulaba, and Kothi. But there is much more to the town and its popular tourists spots than adventure.

Some of these places are always buzzing with tourists, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you should give them a miss. In fact, if you are visiting for the first time, such places to visit in Manali must be on your itinerary. You may visit Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monasteries, Mall Road, Vashisth Hot Springs and much more.

To KASOL: A small village in Himachal situated along the banks of the river Parvati, Kasol is a tourist attraction that is rapidly gaining fame as a very popular hub for trekkers, backpackers, and nature lovers. Commonly known as the Amsterdam of India, this quaint little village is resplendent in natural scenic beauty, and is one of the few places in the country that is yet to be ruined by urbanization and commercialization. Situated between the towns of Bhuntar and Manikaran, Kasol might seem like a plain, nondescript village from the outside, but it is one of the best places in the country to just sit back and chill in the lap of nature.
