Day 4(10th August’2016):  Marhi – Sishu  (43 km) Over Rohtang Pass (13050 ft)
Day 5(11th August’2016):  Sishu – Jispa  (58 km)
Day 6(12th August’2016):  Jispa ‐ Zing zing bar  (31 km )
Day 7(13th August’2016): Zing zing bar –Sarchu Plain  (54 km) Over Bara Lacha La Pass (15800 ft )
Day 8(14th Augsut’2016):  Sarchu Plain ‐ Whisky Nala (46 km) Over Nakeela Pass (15547 ft)
Day 9(15th August’2016): Whisky Nala – Pang ( 29 km) Over Lachung La Pass (16616 ft)
Day 10(16thAugust’2016): Pang – Debring  (43 km)
Day 11(17thAugsut’2016): Debring ‐ Rumtse (48 km) Ovear Tang Lang La Pass(17582 ft)
Day 12(18thAugust’2016): Rumtse ‐ Leh ( 3500 mt.)  (65 km)
Day 13(19thAugust’2016): Leh to South Pulu(4636 mt.) To to Khardungla (5606 mt.)& Back (39+39 km)
Day 14(20thAugust’2016): Leh To Pangong Lake & Back To Leh Sight Seeing Valedictory Function

Day 1 Reporting at Base Camp Manali. Orientation and general information about the expedition, Bike Rules and Safety Tips etc.
Day 2 Ride from Manali to Marhi (Maximum Height Gain: 11,811 Feet/3600 Meters/Approx 38 Kms/07 to 08 Hours Ride)
Day 3 Ride from Manali to Sissu via Rohtang Pass (Maximum Height Gain: 13,052 Feet/3978 Meters/Approx 54 Kms/07 to 08 Hours Ride)
Day 4 Ride from Sissu to Jispa(Maximum Height Gain: 10,892 Feet/3320 Meters/Approx 54 Kms/06 to 07 Hours Ride)
Day 5 Ride from Jispa to Zing Zing Bar(Maximum Height Gain: 14,000 Feet/4270 Meters/Approx 38 Kms/06 to 07 Hours Ride)
Day 6 Ride from Zing Zing Bar to Brandy Nallah(Maximum Height Gain: 13,517 Feet/4120 Meters/Approx 58 Kms/07 to 08 Hours Ride)

Accommodation Tented Accommodation on Twin, Triple or Quad Sharing Basis
Difficulty Level Challenging. Only experienced riders with good physical & mental health should apply for this route.
Age Limit Members above 18 years of age may participate in the expedition.
How to Join Our participation process is very simple. You may apply online to reserve your seat or call us at 8010 22 44 22 between 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM on any working day. You may book offline through NEFT or Direct Transfer Bank Name: YES Bank; Account Name: International Youth Club Account Number: 006188700000308; IFSC Code: YESB0000061 Branch: Saket, New Delhi You need to email NEFT/Transfer/Proof of deposit details at info@internationalyouthclub.org along with Expedition Name, Date of Reporting, Participant’s- Name, Mobile, Email, DOB, City and Gender in order to send you the confirmation within 48 working hours from our side.
Things to Carry T-shirts, Trekking Pants, Windproof jacket preferably with a hood, Warm and thick Fleece, Full-sleeve Woolen sweater, Thermal inner wear (upper & lower). Woolen cap, Woolen gloves, Woolen socks & regular socks (3-4 pairs) Scarf/muffler (optional). Comfortable Trekking/Hiking shoes (shoes with a thick sole are recommended),Lightweight floaters/sandals/slippers Raincoat / Poncho, Small light weight towel, Water bottle, Sunscreen Lotion, Cap to keep the strong sun away from your face, Sun glasses, Walking stick / Trekking pole, Sunscreen Lotion, Lip Balm Torch / Flashlight (with extra batteries), Medicines (if requiring any specific medication), Personal toiletries, Books, if you like reading Day pack/small bag which you will carry on your back every day and keep your essentials in it, Camera with charged batteries. Note:Please avoid carrying expensive watches, jewelry and electronic items on the trek.
Important Note International Youth Club takes utmost care to ensure safety of its members during the trekking expeditions. However in the case of any unforeseen mishaps, International Youth Club will not be liable for any injuries caused or for loss of life. All disputes rising due to the above are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi/Delhi only. All participants would be required to sign an Indemnity Form before the start of the program, without which they would not be allowed to take part in the trekking and expeditions.
Purpose of the Expedition International Youth Clubs focuses to promote sustainable tourism to preserve country’s environmental heritage. We aim to bring about a positive change via encouraging benefits of sustainable tourism, intercultural dialogue and culture of peace, in association with local communities, which is a motivational force for sustainable practices. These communities play a pivotal role in preservation of cultural identities and natural heritage, and they become pressure point for an equitable local share in the economic benefits of tourism. We encourage all to come forward and join the expeditions to mark the change and protect environmental heritage.
Photography & Videography Competition All the participants may transfer and share their pictures/videos taken through the expedition at the base camp before check out from the camp by making folder in the name of participant in their respective batch folders in official laptop stationed at the Base Camp OR the same may be transferred through Google drive. The nominated jury will select the best 10 pictures to be published by the International Youth Club to showcase the expedition. The selected winners will get the opportunity to join in any of the expedition organised by International Youth Club within next one year as a token of reward.
Certification After successful completion of the program, the participating members will be awarded a certificate of completion the trekking expedition by International Youth Club.

B. INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS

Inclusions Orientation and Training, Mountain Bikes & Gears, equipments, all meals(Vegetarian Only), tea & snacks during the expedition, stay on Triple/Quad sharing basis in Tents, Sleeping Bags & Sleeping Mats, Experienced & Professional Guides, Forest Entry and Permissions, Group Insurance, First Aid and Certification on Completion, Puncture kit and other Basic tools for Mountain bike, Cooks/Helper and other requisite staff, Forest Permits, wild life fees and camping charges, Logistics vehicle to carry all our equipment & Highly advanced & Skilled Mountain biking guide with ample knowledge of the route.
Exclusions It does not include any airfare or transportation or extra over and above the expedition plan. It also does not include any travel insurance and expenses towards medical exigencies and other emergencies. However, all best possible assistance would be provided in case of exigencies. Unforeseen handling costs due to weather disturbance, land slides, political unrest. Personal expenses towards tips, telephone calls, laundry, beverage, insurance etc. Damage & changes of part, The expenses occurring from change in schedule due to weather conditions or personal health issues are to be borne by the participants. The International Youth Club will not be responsible for weather as well as health issues.

C. DISTANCE TO THE REPORTING BASE CAMP

Distance by Road Manali is well connected to Delhi. Take an overnight bus from Delhi and you will reach Manali in 12 ‐ 14 hours(approx 540 KMS). Tickets can be booked online at www.redbus.in or www.hrtc.gov.in Tip : Since Delhi Manali is a long journey most Volvo private buses leave Delhi between 5 pm and 6 pm. The last govt bus leaves at 8.30 pm from ISBT Kashmere Gate. Volvo buses charges between Rs.1,000 to 1,400 per sector from Delhi to Manali and vice versa. Manali to Delhi: Like the onward journey, buses leave from Manali to Delhi between 4 and 5 p.m. Your tentative arrival at Delhi may be anywhere between 6 a.m and 10 a.m. Plan your onward journeys only post noon giving enough buffer for bus delays. Take a drop at Banala, Aut.
Nearest Railway Station Nearest Railway station is Ambala (350 kms) and Chandigarh (310 kms). Tip: Regular Volvo and Buses are available from Chandigarh to Manali in the evening. Volvo buses charges between Rs.700 to Rs.1,000 per sector from Chandigarh to Manali and vice versa.
Nearest Airport Bhuntar, which is 52 km away from Manali, is the nearest airport. Taxi services are available from Bhuntar to Manali, which costs about Rs.700‐ Rs.1,000. Bhuntar is well connected to Delhi by air. The airliners that take you to this Airport are Indian Airlines, Kingfisher airlines, MDLR Airlines and Jagson Airlines, operating flights from Delhi and Chandigarh to Kullu.
